About these terms
These terms cover your use of the StashCash website and waitlist, run by Will Fraser as a sole trader ("we", "us"). Separate terms will apply to the StashCash app when it launches. [TO BE REVIEWED]
The waitlist
- Joining is free and you can leave at any time by contacting getstashcash@gmail.com or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- A place on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access by a particular date, and we may change how early access works.
- Your position is an estimate and can change, for example as people refer friends.

Referrals
Sharing your referral link can move you up the list. Referrals only count for real people signing up with their own email address. We may remove referrals or sign-ups that look fake, automated or abusive, and we may change or end the referral scheme at any time.
If 5 people join the waitlist with your link, you'll get 20% off your first month of StashCash. The discount is applied when StashCash launches, only to the email address you joined with, once per person, and it can't be exchanged for cash. [TO BE REVIEWED]
Price estimates
Any values shown on this website, including the phone screen and room totals, are illustrations only. In the app, prices will be estimates based on recent UK sales of similar items and are not a guarantee of what you'll sell something for. [TO BE REVIEWED]
Using this website
Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break it, scrape it or sign up other people without their permission. The StashCash name, logo and content belong to us. [TO BE REVIEWED]
Our liability
We provide this website as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law. [TO BE REVIEWED]
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by its courts. [TO BE REVIEWED]
